“Design is a passion of mine and I’d like to learn to integrate design to improve the world. I like to study works of famous designers, and try to expand on them in my own way. I’m most interested in household objects and furniture. At Discovery school, I’m taking Carpentry, Art and Media Arts. I get to explore all sorts of different design techniques on computers and with pencil and paper. Next year, I’ll be attending the Fine Furniture program at Camosun College where I hope to develop my knowledge of design even more. ” ~ Sage
